MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTION FORM 2021-2022
Our fiscal year is July 1 - June 30.
Your support of ARCS Pittsburgh is greatly appreciated. Your efforts enable PhD scholars at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh to achieve their education and scientific research goals.
Thank you for completing your membership commitment online. In addition, you can update or complete your contact information and indicate special interests and talents you may want to share with ARCS Pittsburgh.
Annual Dues and Donations
1. Select your Membership Category
There are eight levels of membership from which to choose. Scroll down to select your Membership Category. Except for the General Member Under 40 years of age category, there is an annual minimum requirement of $475. That, plus any additional donation, supports our scholar awards.
General Member - $475 - $599
General Member (Under 40 years of age) - $250 minimum annual requirement
Cum Laude Member - $600 - $999
Magna Cum Laude Member - $1,000 - $1,499
Summa Cum Laude Member - $1,500 - $1,766
Scholar Alum Member - $135 (only for previous ARCS Scholars)
Named Award Pledge Member - The Named Award Pledge level provides you with a special relationship with one scholar. Pledges can be a full Named Award ($5,135/ year for three years), a half Named Award ($2,635/year for three years) or a third Named Award ($1,802/year for three years. If you are already a Named Award Donor or you are interested in learning more about this level, please select this option and Fund Development will contact you. Note: Named Award Pledges cannot be paid online BUT please complete the information below so we have you included as a member for this year.
Endowed Award Member - The Endowed Award Pledge level provides you with a special relationship with one scholar and provides funding for scholars in perpetuity. There are a variety of options for donating a full or partial Endowed Award. If you are interested in learning more about this level, please select this option and Fund Development will contact you.
All membership levels at the $1000 level (Magna Cum Laude) and above receive special recognition in our annual report and elsewhere.
• For renewing members, except for Named and Endowed Award Donors, membership payments must be received NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 30th. •
• The total amount of your contribution is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. •
