ARCS Pittsburgh May 2025 Scholar Showcase Host Committee

We are thrilled to announce our signature annual event, the ARCS Pittsburgh Scholar Showcase, to be held on Friday, May 9th from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the Frick Environmental Center. This celebration provides an opportunity to interact with all our 3rd year scholars while they explain their research.  The Jeanne Berdik Scholar Achievement Awards will also be presented.

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments as you mingle with scholars and other members. A painting by renowned artist, Cynthia Cooley, will be part of an exciting auction.

We are inviting you to join our Host Committee. All net proceeds from this event will go to our scholar fund. The ranges of support follow:

$125 Cum Laude (includes one ticket)

$250 Magna Cum Laude (includes two tickets)

$500 Summa Cum Laude (includes four tickets)

The names of host committee donors who complete their donations by Friday, April 11th will be displayed at the event.

Lastly,  If you haven’t had a chance to visit the Frick Environmental Center, this is truly a great opportunity.  A project of the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and the City of Pittsburgh, the Frick Environmental Center is a certified Living Building that has achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum
